Sausage Rolls
Have you noticed at any event, from cocktail party to kid’s birthday, the homemade sausage rolls are always devoured by young and old. My husband is always impressed when there’s a good sausage roll served for canapes at a wedding!
These tasty morsels are pretty basic using mostly pantry staples, and are great for events or lunch boxes even served cold.

Tractor Snacks Tip
Can be frozen cooked or raw in an airtight container. Cooked rolls can be defrosted in microwave or oven. Frozen raw rolls can be cooked in oven by adding 5 mins to above instructions.
Serve cold in lunchboxes, or wrap in foil if delivering warm or to be heated in 12V oven later.
For additional flavour substitute 500g mince for pork mince, and add fresh herbs.
Large recipe, easily halved.
